What Customers Say About Kingston Data Traveler 1 GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive DTI/1GB:

Cheaply constructed device though manufactur-wise, but surprisingly mine still works after 3 years so I have no room to complain. It works okay with occasional errors which most things do. I've had flash drives 3 times the price break before it.
As far as the quality goes, this is the best flash drive I have ever owned (And I've owned a LOT). $14.99 seems high for this model but you should be able to find it cheaper elsewhere. I highly recommend this flash drive for any important files you need to back up. Pros: Cheap, ultra-reliable flash drive. Fast transfer speeds.Cons: High cost/GB.Comments: I got this flash drive for free from a store discount coupled with a ten dollar credit for using Google Checkout. I left it in my pants pocket and ran it through the washer and dryer and it still works like it's brand new.
I bought this to use for college and it was really good. I used this for almost a year now and it was really helpful during college.
Great little drive, but as noted in the title, the transfer rates are a bit slow. I got this free with 50 pepsi points, and it's amazing how I paid $50 for a GB in 2005 while I got this free for drinking a few cases of pop.
It is perfect because it is just plug and play - I dont like those flash drives with a software- I bougth a bunch of these a couple years ago and most of them still working. A couple of them last one year and a half to 2 years, but no problem since nowadays 1 GB is too small storage size.
